Fine art prints are usually shipped within 3-5 business days.You should receive your fine art print within two weeks.

Original artworks are shipped from my studio in Turkey within one week of receiving your order. You should receive your original artwork within three weeks.

If your location is very remote, delivery can take longer.

Yes. All orders are sent by tracked shipping.

Returns of prints
Prints are specially made to order so cannot be returned. However, in the unlikely event that your print arrives defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, I will arrange a replacement free of charge.

Returns of original artworks
I am confident that your chosen piece will not disappoint. However, if for any reason you receive your artwork and wish to return or exchange, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order. You can return the artwork for a full refund (not including any customs duties paid) if I receive the artwork back within 14 days of you receiving your order, in its original, resalable condition.

Returns must be sent securely packaged by tracked and insured shipping.

When your return is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Yes. I can provide a mockup if you send me a photo of the intended location for the artwork.

All rights to the artwork, including the right to make reproductions are held exclusively by the artist, Elaine Boylan.

These rights remain with the artist even after purchase.

Collectors and others are strictly prohibited from reproducing or distributing the artwork in any form without first obtaining written permission from the artist.
