I use professional quality paints along with collage elements to create my mixed-media artworks.

The artworks are sealed and varnished using artist grade UV resistant materials for protection.

Artworks are framed in hand-made bespoke frames by a professional picture framer.

Free worldwide shipping
I offer free shipping on original artworks. However, if delivery costs to your location are very high, I reserve the right the right to contact you so that we can agree on a shared cost solution or to offer a full refund.

Original artwork
Original artwork is carefully and robustly packaged and shipped from my studio in Turkey. Orders are shipped via DHL. Insurance and tracking are included.

Delivery times
Artwork is despatched within one week of receiving your order. Orders are typically delivered within two - three weeks. Remote locations may take longer. If you do not receive your artwork within three weeks, please contact me at elaine@elaineboylanart.com

Customs duties and import fees
Duties and import fees are set by the artwork’s destination country and are charged directly by the country’s customs office. Where possible, I pay customs duties in advance via the carrier. However, certain countries do not allow this. In this case, you may need to pay customs and/or import fees for artworks being shipped internationally. Duties and import fees vary from country to country (typically 5-10% of the declared value). Some countries have exemptions for artworks up to a certain value. In the case of returns, any customs or import charges you’ve paid are non-refundable.

Returns of original artworks
I want you to be completely happy with your purchase. I am confident that your chosen piece will not disappoint. However, if for any reason you receive your artwork and wish to return or exchange, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order. You can return the artwork for a full refund.

I accept returns and exchanges if I receive the artwork back within 14 days of you receiving your order, and the artwork is returned in its original, resalable condition.

Conditions of return
To start a return, contact me at elaine@elaineboylanart.com. Artwork sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note:

• Buyers are responsible for return postage costs.
• Refunds do not include any customs duties paid.
• If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
• Returns will be processed within 7 days of the items being returned.
• Returns must be sent securely packaged by tracked and insured shipping to my studio in Turkey or my UK address.

Refunds
I will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return. When the artwork arrives in its original condition, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since i’ve approved your return, please contact me at elaine@elaineboylanart.com.

Damages and issues
I take a great deal of care to ensure that your artwork arrives in perfect condition. It is extremely rare for breakages or damage to occur. In the unlikely event that your artwork arrives damaged please contact me at elaine@elaineboylanart.com. 

Please inspect your order upon receipt and inform the carrier if there is any damage to the packaging. Please take clear photographs and contact me within 2 days so that I can evaluate the issue. I will try to resolve the problem as soon as possible.
To speed up the process, please include in your email images of the damaged package and artwork, as well as the order number. 

Artworks are sealed with a protective medium and layers of UV resistant fine art varnish.

It is still best to keep your original artwork out of strong, direct sunlight to keep the colours from fading. You can also use special UV protective glass.

If you have your artwork glazed, I recommend that the glass does not come into direct contact with surface of the artwork.
